The fourteenth is a classic risk-and-reward short par 4 that gives players an immediate decision from the tee. Longer hitters may choose to take on the tall gum trees and cut the corner in an attempt to attack the green, while the more conservative option is to play safely to the bend and leave an uphill approach.

Water protects the right side of the tee shot, adding further pressure to any aggressive line. From the fairway, the approach climbs toward a green guarded by two bunkers on the right and a severe drop-off at the front-right.

The putting surface appears relatively flat at first glance, but it contains numerous subtle breaks that can make putting deceptively difficult. Good positioning and patience are rewarded on a hole where choosing the right strategy is just as important as executing the shot.
